After nearly two decades of leading teams and organizations, from the Navy SEALs to successful 5x startups, Aaron Tucker knows what it takes to transform a team. Aaron has not only created successful teams, he has also defined the optimal culture and metrics needed to guarantee success. Aaron is an expert on effectively leading through change and navigating within ambiguity, chaos and complexity.
During is career as a Navy SEAL he conducted operations all over the globe as well as ran all counter narcotic operations in Central America. Following is military career Aaron begin working for the Department of Defense (DOD) developing and aligning strategies and reshape the counterinsurgency programs. Following his time working for the DOD he went to work for one of the largest global consulting firms as a strategy and operations consultant.
Upon starting his PhD in management Aaron decided to leave to pursue his goals at developing a deeper understanding of behavioral science, specifically Self-Determination Theory (Drive, by Dan Pink). Working with the founders, researchers, and clinical and behavioral psychologists he eventually became an executive in a behavioral science research and consulting firm. This combined with over a decade in OKRs and nearly two decades in planning, delivering, and debriefing project he as developed the future model that encompasses all aspects of building highly engaged high performing teams that deliver results.
